Item #1: CTSO Advisor Training – September 19, 2008
Please see the CTSO Advisor Training message (below) and attachment recently sent to all Maryland CTE Local Directors. It’s important that one advisor (lead advisor) from every SkillsUSA Maryland local chapter is represented at this meeting. You or a representative from your school must be attend this meeting for your students to be eligible to participate in the 2008 Fall Leadership Conference in Ocean City, MD. If you don’t hear from your CTE Local Director regarding this meeting within the next few days please contact him/her to make sure you’re listed on the registration form:
“Attached please find a memorandum from Katharine Oliver, Assistant State Superintendent for the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning, inviting all CTSO Advisors and those teachers interested in becoming advisors to the CTSO Advisor Training on September 19, 2008. Please note, one (1) registration form will be accepted for each Local School System and must be signed by the Career Technology Education (CTE) Director. Registration is due no later than September 2nd, 2007.”
