Item #2: Baltimore International College Hosts Successful State Contest Orientation Meeting
SkillsUSA Maryland would like to thank Baltimore International College (BIC) for hosting the January 21, 2010, state contest orientation meeting. BIC will be sponsoring three state competitions this year: Commercial Baking, Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Service. The instructors in attendance asked many important contest-related questions and Chef Parmenter and his colleagues provided insightful and informative answers. A summary of items covered will be released soon for those unable to attend the meeting.
We look forward to working with our BIC partners again this year.
